I partnered with Amare because I saw the need for holistic mental wellness and they were leading the mental wellness movement.

We all know that a healthy lifestyle (nutrition, exercise, sunlight, sleep etc) is important but what if mentally you just are completely overwhelmed? That is where Amare can come in and supplement your lifestyle, provide you with support to lower your stress, increase your energy, improve your mental clarity so that you have the capacity to cook with whole food instead of eating fast food, get to the gym, increase your productivity because you aren’t stuck in brain fog and so much more.

Amare came into my life when I was searching for ways to support my daughter with her health and wellness. Having a rare genetic superpower causes her to have extreme highs and lows. I wanted to find natural ways to support her growth and development without pumping her full of drugs.

The kids line is what brought me in, but what I didn’t realize at the time was that I also really needed the natural support. I was an overwhelmed mama dealing with all of the added stress of having a kiddo with extra needs.

Now our home is happy, healthy and thriving (most of the time, because I won’t pretend that everything is perfect ALL of the time)!
